Cheddar Cheese Dip




1)   1 brick ($5 - $7) medium cheddar, shredded or
      1 pkg 3 c Cracker Barrel Mozza Cheddar shredded for a lighter cheese flavor
2)  5+ ( or to taste ) cloves garlic, crushed
3)  mayo

Mix all with just enough mayo to hold together.
