1) 1 lg onion, ch
2) 1/2 bunch celery, use tops including leaves
3) 1/4 c butter
4) 4 lg leeks, sl
5) 4 potatoes, cubed
6) 10 c water
7) 2 T veggie boullion
8) 1/4 c bragg
9) salt & pepper
Saute 1) to 4)
Add rest, simmer low 1 hour.
Use hand blender to puree soup in pot.
