1) 3 - 4 carrots, steamed, diced
2) 1 c peas
3) 3 - 4 pickles, chopped
4) 2 - 3 hard boiled eggs, ch
5) 1 apple, ch
6) 2 - 3 potatoes, boiled, diced
7) polish mayo
8) hot polish mustard
9) salt & pepper
Do all the chopping, put it all in a bowl.
Add enough mayo to hold it together.
then add 1 - 2 T mustard to taste, season.
This salad recipe is from my friend Darek.
I have had Polish Potato Salad made by other people but his is by far the loveliest!
