Cinna-bun Cake
1) 3 cups flour
2) 1/4 teaspoon salt
3) 1 cup sugar
4) 4 teaspoons baking powder
5) 1 1/2 cups milk
6) 2 eggs
7) 2 teaspoons vanilla
8) 1/2 cup butter, melted
9) 1 cup butter, softened
10) 1 cup brown sugar
11) 2 tablespoons flour
12) 1 tablespoon cinnamon
13) 2 cups powdered sugar
14) 5 tablespoons milk
15) 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350. Butter a 9 x 13 baking pan.
Whisk 1) to 4) together. Whisk 5) to 7). Mix both together.
Add 8) then pour into your prepared pan.
With electric mixer combine 9) to 12).
Drop by teaspoonfuls as evenly as you can over the base.
With a butter knife, swirl the topping into the base.
Bake for 30 - 35 minutes till toothpick comes out clean.
Mix 13) to 15).
Remove cake from oven and pour glaze over the cake right away.
💜 Yumm! Tastes just like a Cinnamon Bun but with a cake texture instead of yeast bread.
