Baby Back Ribs...Fall Off the Bone!

1)  1 rack of ribs, cut into 3 rib chunks
2)  Montreal Chicken Seasoning
3)  1 c water
4)  Sweet Baby Ray's or your favorite BBQ Sauce

Sprinkle  1) with 2)
Place in 1 layer, meat side up in roasting pan on rack.
You can dispense with the rack if you prefer your ribs on the fattier side.
Pour 3) in pan.
Cover pan with heavy duty foil, sealing well around edges.
Bake @ 275 for 4 hours.
Brush with 4)
