Seafood Lasagne

1)  1 pkg lasagne noodles, cooked el dente
2)  1 pkg froz chopped spinach, drained
3)  1 pkg Bari mozzarella cheese, grated
4)  1 500g carton Bari ricotta cheese
5)  1/2 lb baby shrimp, frozen & thawed
6)  1 bag frozen thawed baby scallops
7)  1/2 c butter
8)  8 cloves garlic, chopped
9)  1/2 lg onion, chopped
10)  1/2 c flour
11)  2 c milk
12)  1/2 t salt & pepper
13)  2 T lemon juice
14)  8 oz shredded parmesan cheese

Save some 3) & 14) for the top.
Mix 2) to 4)
Mix 5) & 6)
Saute 7) to 9)
Add 10) to 14), whisk till cheese melts
Layer sauce, noodles, cheese, seafood.
Repeat twice more ending with sauce, then saved cheese for top.
Bake 350 45 min, till light browned and bubbly.
