1) 2 c creamy peanut butter
2) 1/2 c soft butter
3) 3 3/4 c icing sugar
4) 3 c Rice Krispies cereal
5) 4 c semisweet chocolate chips
6) 1/4 c plus 1 t Crisco shortening, divided
Beat 1) & 2)
Gradually beat in 3)
Stir in 4)
Shape into 1 inch balls, chill.
Melt 5) & 1/4 c 6)
Dip balls into chocolate, set on parchment paper. Chill.
