1) 1/2 c + 2 T butter, soft
2) 3/4 c packed brown sugar
3) 1/4 c white sugar
4) 1 egg
5) 1 1/2 t vanilla
6) 1 c flour
7) 2/3 c cocoa
8) 1/2 t baking soda
9) 1/4 t salt
10) 1 1/4 c chocolate chips
Cream 1) to 3) 2 min.
Add 4) & 5) mix 30 sec.
Whisk 6) to 9) and gradually add on low.
Add 10) by hand, reserve 1/4 c for later.
Form into 3 T balls, put choc chips on top,
place 2 inches apart on parchment lined sheets.
Cover & chill 2 -48 hours.
Bake
Cool on tray 5 min, transfer to wire rack.
