Greek Style Roasted Potatoes

1)  3 pounds potatoes, cut in wedges
2)  1 c veg or chicken broth
3)  2 T lemon juice
4)  1/4 c butter, melted
5)  1 T oregano or Greek/Italian seasoning
6)  1 T pressed garlic
7)  s & p
8)  1 T parsley

Oven 375.
Butter casserole dish, put in 1) in 1 layer.
Mix 2) to 8).
Pour over potatoes, stir to coat well.
Cover tight with foil.
Bake 40 min.
Uncover, stir, bake 30-40 min more uncovered.
