1) 12 small round tomatoes ( yellow, orange & red)
2) 3/4 c cooked tiny pasta
3) 1/2 a 6oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
4) 2 T thin sliced green onions
5) 2 T chopped cucumber
6) 2 T chopped golden raisins
7) 2 T toasted pine nuts
8) 2 T feta cheese
9) 2 T olive oil
10) 2 T white wine vinegar
11) 2 t basil, chopped fine
12) 1/4 t salt
13) 1/4 t pepper
Cut 1) in half lengthwise, scoop out pulp & dry with paper towel.
Mix rest and spoon into shells.
