2) 1 T milk
3) 1/3 c flour
4) 1/4 t black pepper
5) 1/2 t garlic powder
6) 1/4 t seasoning salt
7) 3/4 c panko crumbs
8) 12 oysters, rinsed & dried
9) chipotle mayo
10) crisco oil
Mix 1) & 2), whisk well.
Mix 3) to 6) in a baggie.
Dip oysters in egg, flour, egg then panko crumbs.
Fry in 10) @ 375 degrees, 2 min each side, drain on paper towels.
