2) 1/4 c butter
3) 2 T garlic, crushed
4) 2 T minced onion
5) 1/4 c flour
6) 1 pint whipping cream
7) 2 t lemon juice
8) 1/2 t salt
9) 1/2 t pepper
10) 2/3 c parmesan cheese, shredded
11) 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
12) 1/2 c parmesan cheese, shredded
13) 1 bag low salt plain tortilla chips
Melt 2), add 3) & 4), saute 3-5 minutes
Sprinkle in 5) to make a roux. Whisk & cook about 1 minute.
Add 6), whisking to prevent lumps.
When mixture thickens at the boiling point, add 7) to 10) + 12)
Stir till cheese is melted.
Remove from heat, stand 5 minutes, fold in 1) & 11)
