1) 2 - 4 T butter or olive oil
2) 2 bunches green onions, sl
3) 1 - 28 oz can tomatoes, diced with juice
4) 4 c green beans, cut on slant
5) 2 T veggie bouillon
6) water
7) 2 bay leaves
8) 2 - 3 T tamari soy sauce
9) 2 T dried or 1/2 c fresh parsley, ch
10) 2 t basil
11) 1 t paprika
12) salt & pepper
Saute 2) in 1) 2-3 mins.
Add 3) to 7) 30 mins, till beans are tender.
Add rest, cook another 30 min so the flavors can develop.
