1) 6 carrots
2) 1 onion
3) 4 leeks
4) 1/2 celery (use top including leaves)
5) 4 potatoes
6) 2 T chicken bouillon
7) 1 T chicken seasoning
8) salt & pepper
9) 4 thighs
Saute 1) to 4) in a little oil.
Add water and rest.
Boil, simmer 1.5 hours.
Remove skin and bones.
