1) 1 c cooked leeks, sauteed in a small amt of butter
2) 4 eggs, separated + 1 egg white
3) 2 T butter
4) 2 T flour
5) 1 c milk
6) 1 c crumbled feta cheese
7) 2 T chopped dill
8) 1/2 t garlic powder
9) 1-2 T butter and gr Parmesan cheese
Oven 400.
With 9) butter 6 ramekins, sprinkle with cheese, freeze.
Melt 3) add 4) cook 2 mins.
Add 5) heat & stir till thick.
Season with s&p & 8) let cool.
Beat yolks, add a bit of sauce to temper them.
Add to sauce whisking constantly.
Add 1) 6) & 7)
Whip whites to stiff peaks, fold 1/3 into sauce.
Add next 2/3, 1/3 at a time, folding gently.
Pour into ramekins to 1/2 inch from top.
Bake 20 mins.
