1) 1 T olive oil
2) 3 cl garlic, minced
3) 1 onion, thin slice
4) 3 T tomato paste in tube
5) 2 T Indonesian Sweet soy Sauce
6) 1 t paprika
7) 2 1/2 c veggie broth
8) 300 gr pkg prawns, thawed and peeled
9) 175 gr thin rice vermicelli broken in 1 inch pieces about 5 c
10) 1/4 c ch parsley
11) 1 lemon, juiced and zested
Saute 1) to 3)
Add 4) to 6) cook 1 min
Add 7) boil
Add 8) & 9)
Cook till liquid is absorbed and prawns are pink about 5 min.
Add 10) & 11) and serve.
