1) 1 pkg (8 sq) Bakers semi sweet chocolate
2) 1/2 c butter
3) 4 eggs
4) 1/2 sugar
5) 2 T brewed coffee - strong (I pour a bit more than 2 T water thru 1 T ground coffee)
6) 1/4 c flour
7) 1 T icing sugar
Oven 400.
Melt 1) & 2) in saucepan slowly, set aside.
Beat 3) to 5) with electric mixer med till thickened.
Add 6) & chocolate mixture.
Beat just till blended.
Pour into 6 generously greased and lightly floured 6 oz custard cups 2/3 full.
Place on cookie sheet, bake 11 min till edges crusted but soft in center.
Cool 5 min. Invert and add 7), serve warm.
