Much more than a pasta salad!
1) 3 c orzo
2) 3 heads broccoli, 2 lbs
3) 1/2 c olive oil
4) 1/2 c pine nuts
5) 1/2 t crushed red pepper
6) 1 1/2 c crumbled feta
7) 1 c parmesan cheese
8) 1/3 c fresh basil, chopped
9) 1/3 c sundried tomatoes, chopped
10) 1 T VegeSal
Cook 1) in salted water till tender but still firm, about 8 minutes.
Add 2) and cook till tender-crisp, about 2 minutes.
Heat 3) and 5) in small skillet over medium.
Add 4), stir till golden brown, about 3 minutes.
Drain pasta to large bowl, pour oil mix over and toss to coat.
Add rest and stir well.
