1) 2 eggs
2) 2 heaping T cake flour
3) 1 1/2 T sugar
4) 1/4 t salt, 1/4 t baking soda-rounded
5) 1 c sour cream
Whisk 1) till frothy.
Add 2) to 4)
Fold in 5) till just combined.
Drop by 1T full onto griddle heated to 350-375, or pan med-low.
Flip when bubbles form.
