1) 2 c mashed roasted yams
2) 1/2 t salt
3) 1/2 c brown sugar
4) 4 T soft or melted butter
5) 1 can or 8 pineapple rings
6) 24 large marshmallows
Mix 1) to 4) beat till light & fluffy
Place rings in individual casseroles.
Top with a blob of yams and spread out with back of spoon.
Top with 4 marshmallows
Bake 400 10 - 15 mins till heated thru.
💜 I don't even like yams as a rule, but this is a great twist!
