Lemon Maple Cranberry Sauce


1)  1-12oz pkg about 3 cups fresh cranberries
2)  1 c maple syrup
3)  1/4 c or so brown sugar
4)  1/2 c heaping raisins
5)  1 large lemon, juiced and zested

Mix all in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium high heat.
Reduce heat to medium low and simmer, stirring occasionally till cranberries burst 5 min.
Remove from heat.
Adjust sweetness if necessary
Cool to room temp 1 hour
Sauce will thicken as it cools
