1) 7 to 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1.5 inch pieces
2) 2 tsp finely chopped ginger or 1.5 t ginger paste
3) 1 c chicken broth
4) 4 T soy sauce
5) 1 T oyster sauce
6) 1 T sesame oil
7) 1 T Chinese cooking wine
8) 1 t dried chili flakes
9) 5 cloves garlic, minced
10) 1 T veg oil
11) 4 green onions, sliced
12) 2 c broccoli flowerets, steamed till tender crisp
13) 2 T cornstarch
14) 4 c hot Chinese egg noodles
Mix 2) to 9)
Pour all but 1/4 cup into ziploc bag with chicken.
Marinate a few hours or overnight.
Heat 10) pull chicken out of bag with slotted spoon and add to pan.
Stir to cook outsides of each piece about 5 min.
Add sauce to pan with 11) and simmer till inside is done about 5 min.
Add broccoli.
Mix 1/4 cup sauce with 13)
Add to pan and stir fry till sauce thickens.
Serve on noodles.
