1) 3/4 c buttermilk
2) 1 c yellow cornmeal
3) 1/2 c butter
4) 1/2 c sugar
5) 1 egg
6) 1 c graham cracker crumbs
7) 1/2 c flour
8) 1 t baking powder
9) 1 t baking soda
10) 1/2 t salt
11) 1 c buttermilk
Mix 1) & 2) set aside.
Beat together well 3) to 5)
Whisk 6) to 10)
Add dry to butter mixture alternately with 11)
Stir in cornmeal mixture, pour into 8x8" square pan or muffin tins.
Bake 350 till toothpick clean, 45 min pan, 25 min muffins.
