French Vanilla Ice Cream

1)  3 eggs
2)  1 c sugar
3)  1 c homo milk
4)  3 c whipping cream
5)  small pinch salt
6)  5 t vanilla paste

Beat 1)  &  3)  in lg saucepan.
Add 2)  &  5)
Cook over low stirring constantly till thickened about 10 min.
Mix should smoothly coat the spoon.
Cool in fridge. Beat in 4)  &  6)
Refrigerate overnight.
Scoop mix into frozen aluminum cylinder.
Put ice cream machine together.
Churn 2 or 3 times, rest 2 - 3 minutes.
Continue this procedure for 15 to 20 minutes.
Scoop ice cream out of cylinder into sealed plastic container,
pop into freezer.
