1) 3/4 c cornmeal
2) 1/4 t salt
3) 1/2 t baking soda
4) 1/3 c white flour
5) 1 egg
6) 3/4 c buttermilk
7) 2 T melted butter
8) 1/2 c creamed corn
Preheat griddle.
Whisk 1) to 4)
In separate bowl whisk 5) to 8)
Make a well in dry and pour in liquid. Mix with fork till smooth.
Drop by 1/4 c measure onto griddle.
