Potato Sour Cream Biscuits

1)  8 oz cubed potato
2)  1/2 c buttermilk
3)  1/4 c sour cream
4)  2 T butter, cut in small pieces
5)  1 3/4 c flour
6)  1 T baking powder
7)  1 t salt
8)  1/2 t baking soda

Oven 450
Sim  1)  till tender, drain.
Add  2)  -  4)  mash till smooth.
Mix  5)  to  8)
Add potato mix, just till moist.
Turn out onto lightly floured surface, knead lightly 5 times.
Pat dough into 3/4" thickness.
Cut with 2" biscuit cutter into 15 biscuits.
Place 2" apart on parchment lined sheets.
Bake 15 min till lightly browned.
