1) 9 - 12 boneless and skinless chicken thighs, 1/2'd
2) 1 large onion, chopped
3) 2 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
4) 1 can cream of chicken soup
5) 1 c chicken broth
6) 1/2 t pepper
7) 2 t seasoning salt
8) 2 t lemon juice
9) 1 can sliced mushrooms
10) broad noodles
Saute 2) in oil till soft.
Add 1) and 3) and saute low.
Mix 4) to 9) add to pan.
Simmer low till heated through.
Cook 10) and serve chicken on top.
Very tasty! I think the dish is brightened by the lemon juice.
